Fawzi Qasqas

Fawzi Qasqas founded Qasqas Food Management and Staffing LLC in 2022 to put experienced production people onto food manufacturing floors in Southern California.

The company works only in food production. Its supervisors come out of the same plants they now staff, which is why facilities bring them in for the shifts that matter most: seasonal peaks, audit weeks, and lines that have to keep running short-handed.

Under his direction the company places more than one hundred production workers a year, carrying payroll administration and workers' compensation coverage so facilities can scale crews without adding permanent headcount.
